Therapeutic for anxiety, mild back pain, fatigue, menstrual discomfort and respiratory ailments. Improves posture, stimulates abdominal organs, throat and neck. Counteracts depression and increases energy. Stretches the deep hip flexor muscles (Psoas), chest & lungs. Strengthens back & spine. Can also be practiced with a Chair and bolsters/cushions to offer a more restorative affect yet still energies the body, and mind. •
