Whet is helping you during this crisis time?
I am trying to wake up each morning and start the day with the pup and a good walk/jog. Today she accompanied me on 3 miles, she may be napping before my son 😝
It’s so crucial to be talking about how you’re feeling, good, bad or all of the in between. Let’s be alone together and thankful we do have social media and our phones to keep us connected and not 100% isolated but just as important as it is to stay connected we also need to be present for the ones we are surrounding ourself with and doing so with joy and some meltdowns because let’s be real here, I’ve already had 2. In no way do I find this virus as a good thing but I am being reminded of all the little things and learning things that I wouldn’t have been exposed to without it. I am Praying for everyone including you, the world leaders, the people who may be completely clueless, the ones suffering, the ones who are dealing with a loss, the ones who are helping combat this. We are alone together as one and if we all start praying or using your positive thinking we can and will come through this stronger than ever.
