Pascal Lachaux son in law of the late Robert Arnoux runs the domaine since 1987. In October 2011, after wine school and various stints abroad, Charles Lachaux joined his father at the domaine. Since the 2012 vintage he is in charge of vinifications. His arrival means some changes: whole bunch fermentation has been introduced.
Today the Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux covers 14.5 hectares and 15 appellations. The most recent acquisition was 0.53 hectare of Latricières-Chambertin in 2008. Since 1984, they own 0,35 ha of Romanée Saint-Vivant. The plot is situated by La Grande Rue with vines of 96 years old. They also have 0.80 ha of Echezeaux, 0.45 ha of Clos Vougeot, from vines next to the wall by Grands Echézeaux and 0.43 ha of Vosne Romanée Les Suchots, situated at the very top of the vineyard. It is the continuation of Romanée-Conti and Richebourg to the north and the vines are 94 years old. They own a few additional plots in Vosne Romanée: Aux Reignots (0.20 ha), Les Chaumes (0.74 ha), Hautes Maizières (0.60 ha) and Vosne Romanée (0,57 ha). As well as some Nuits-Saint-Georges: Les Procès (0.70 ha), from 50 years old vines, Corvées Pagets (0.55 ha), a plot situated within the Clos des Corvées, Poisets (0.57 ha) and a Nuits-Saint-Georges Village (1.42 ha). To complete the list, they produce a Chambolle Musigny Village (1.62 ha) and a Bourgogne.
