Today, I experimented with making ice-cream using this most delicious Toffee Vodka @kin_vodka
which has a most delicious, deep caramel flavour with an intense warming finish, perfect for desserts and a quick warming tipple on a chilly day.
My no-churn ice-cream recipe was inspired by Mary Berry.
300ml double cream
1 tin (397g) sweetened, condensed milk.
3 tbsp Kin Toffee Vodka.
Whip cream to medium, soft peak.
Thoroughly stir in condensed milk.
Stir in Kin Toffee Vodka, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Pour into a clean, lidded container.
To scoop, leave at room temperature for 15 mins to soften slightly.
Perfect on its own or with your favourite dessert...such as...sticky toffee pudding, chocolate brownies, bread and butter pudding, Christmas pudding... Now all you need to do is pop along to @kin_vodka
