💪🏽💊 Getting back into a regular intake of my “Take Care of Yourself” stack with @nlaforher
After departing from competitive #bodybuilding
I laid off of a Sunday-Saturday intake and made supplements a day-to-day decision as opposed to a mandatory intake of all of them.
This week My goal is to take those that help support my metabolism, heart joint and digestive health, essential vitamins and minerals, and Hair Skin and Nails.

I do have closet full of supplements, vitamins, minerals, powders but I am NEVER taking every single thing all at once, because I rely first on the FOOD I eat, the decide for the week what I feel like taking.
REMEMBER: Supplements are NOT mandatory, but depending on the needs of your body and your goals, they can be helpful. So this week, My focus is supporting my vitality with this stack...next week, Im certain my stack will be a little different as I swap out one for another or only do a few, or only stick with powders...the point: There is no rule that says Thou shall always take XYZ. It truly is YOUR CHOICE! 🙌🏽👍🏽 because its is your health and your goals my friends!
