Well, the curtain is down on my time as a ballet teacher...for now. How privileged I’ve been to be charged with the joyous task of teaching ballet to so many wonderful students over the last two decades. I’m still a teacher, I always will be. The love and passion that a lifetime of ballet brings is something that stays in your heart for always. Next year I’m having a little break from regular studio teaching, but I hope to make cameo appearances from time to time 😉
It was a tough decision, but I know I won’t be away for too long.
What a wonderful way to do my reverence last night, finishing up @millstreetstudios
after three glorious years, under the direction of my wonderful friend Claire Marshall, who I was first lucky enough to dance for as a performer in the early 2000’s. 💃🏻✨
Now picture me performing, in the the most OTT fashion, a grand, sweeping port de bras and a curtsey to the ground as I blow kisses to the balcony and collect roses off the stage.
I’m dramatic like that... 😆🙆🏻♀️✨🥂💋👸🏻
