Working as a Emergency Cardiologist In ER is one of the most Challenging Tasks that we encounter. Esp when you have very limited Beds. Your the Captin of the Emergency Team. And you have to make Very Quick life saving Descisions. Always very Fortunate to have Good team around. The people who work as fierce as you do. I dont appreciate folks who Disrespect their own institutions, mocking Everything and doing no efforts of improvement, without doing their own duty properly. This approach wont take you any far in life. But I do believe there should be complete Recognization of the Fault in our health care systems in order to have mass movement and improvement. But then again it's called an intellectual conversation rather than "THE TEA OF Everything" We def need to Improve our Health Care Emergency system. It troubles me to see our emergency departments with lack of facilities, Even in such limited circumstances I see my fellow colleagues, Talented doctors saving lives, by Will of Almighty. MaShaAllah. I love my son so much. I have changed a lot since i have given birth. He has given me hope and pushes me to continue my sobriety and to be the mom he deserves and the person i wanna be. December 10th hits the 5 year mark clean. And every day it is worth it. When December rolls around every year i force myself to look back at those years i spent using. Turning 21 Trying to convince myself i am still a women and can be a wife even tho doctors are telling me i will NEVER have a child. I sent myself deep into a depression. a drug addiction and into being an alcoholic and occasionally benzos. I left Arizona thinking running to Washington would keep me clean. Little did i know addiction follows you. I eventually found GOD and his plan for me. I got on fhe methadone program (it was what he was telling me to do not only to save me but my husband to be.) It was 4 or 6 months after being in treatment we found out i was pregnant .(thank gosh i completely stopped after getting in treatment, a lot of people who start this program just develope a double habit) i couldn't believe it. I was told having children was unlikely. 3.5years later we are here. Have our own place, working our ass off. Im almost done with my program. Cameron is the happiest smartest funniest little guy we know. Able to take time off from work unpaid and not freak out..my life isn't always easy but im so happy with it. You may ask why is this necessary and the answer is hemodialysis. An AV fistula causes extra pressure and extra blood to flow into the vein, making it grow large and strong. The larger vein provides easy, reliable access to blood vessels. Without this kind of access, regular hemodialysis sessions would not be possible. Untreated veins cannot withstand repeated needle insertions, because they would collapse the way a straw collapses under strong suction. At the start of a hemodialysis session, two needles are inserted into the vascular access. One needle carries blood from the body to the dialyzer, the other carries filtered blood back to the body. The blood then travels through a tube that takes it to the dialyzer. Inside the dialyzer, the blood flows through thin fibers that filter out wastes and extra fluid. The machine then returns the filtered blood to the body.
