Squat was kind of a fourth attempt because the bar was misloaded with 250 something and it was caught after I squatted. But it’s fine because ya girl got what I came for!
Bench was kind of it is what it is. Felt good, and then third attempt went to press, misgrooved and tweaked my peck and the bar went NO WHERE😂
Deadlift I wanted that 314 so god damn bad. Andrew wouldn’t tell me what my attempt was and I am so thankful for it cuz i would have gotten in my head. I thought it was 308 so I was like hell yes I got it and then he said “well there’s your 315”. 🙃 #score #cuethecrying
So in my one year of powerlifting, I have added 38.6 pounds to my squat, 11 pounds to my poverty ass bench (technically added 12.7 because of gym lifts) and 44.1 pounds to my deadlift. That’s 93.7 pounds to my meet total. (95.4 if we gonna count my gym bench). I am so proud of myself, and so happy I stopped being a wuss and did this meet. .
