With there being so much negativity at this moment and time it's important that you remain positive!
The main thing you should do is, change who, what and how much you listen to it! Podcasts, YouTube videos, music... Whatever it is that's going to put your brain in a more positive mindset.

Constantly listening to negative stuff can put your brain subconsciously start thinking negatively.
A quite popular saying goes 'you are what you eat' this goes for your brain too. The more negativity you listen to, the more negative thoughts you will start to have, the more negative you start to become!
I'm not been funny but if you were to sit and watch the news/media all day you would be quite depressed!
The negativity far out ways the positivity.
Yes, it's good to keep up with things and know what is going on in the world. Being able to keep up with government guidelines and what you need to be doing in a time like this, is certainly very helpful!
It's crazy because most people aren't conscious of what the consume and how much of them consume (See and hear). Just because you can't visually see changes, like when you eat too much of the foods your not supposed too! It doesn't mean it not affecting you (mentally). Being aware of what you're filling your mind with is so helpful too though.
Changing what you see and hear is massive! So be more aware! .
