Is it just me or does anyone else feel like garbage at the end of January after the holiday season and continuously traveling?! After thanksgiving, work holiday parties, then Christmas, traveling to Australia, New Years, my birthday in Oz, my birthday in the US, travels for work and the stress of coming back to a massive workload takes its bloody toll!
Haven’t been in my usual routine for months and feeling totally off.
However, come February, I’ve decided to do 6 weeks of no alcohol and go back to prepping and tracking my food. I’ve also had some stomach issues lately and I have no idea why!
I’m going to start with a keto approach first because I usually feel the best on that.
