Getting in my daily movement (whenever, wherever and in between)
Wondering how you’re keeping up with healthy daily routines. There have been days here at home that we put more thought into them than action, prioritizing other elements of our individual and group routines: we’re four and the kids still need some orientation and support with online schooling, managing screen-time, snacks, water intake, and some outdoor time. And then there’s us, the parents, that need to check in with ourselves. Some years back, when the kids were smaller, I started noticing that I was convinced I was eating healthily based on the only fact I was feeding the kids healthily; odd, but true and I’ve since tried to make a note of it and enjoy a similar meal.
Acting on thoughts, instead of keeping them in your mind, seems more important than ever. Staying reminded and in tune and taking action, and I’m not talking about major action, I mean small steps towards a more meaningful way to approach our days, family and self.
With this in mind, I’ve been working on a simple tool to help you and myself to follow-up and follow-through, with some lightness, wellness and effectiveness. I’ll be sharing this week.
Until then, stay well. 💕
🌻on a special note: sending love to all moms everywhere as Mother’s Day has been celebrated over the past two weekends in different places of the world; to me, that’s just May: Moms’ month🌻
