Every Sunday is a special day for us, unexpectedly we got country chicken from the known person, until then no idea to cook non veg today. Once upon a time we have asked him country chicken , but today we got it. We usually eat in our hometown village which is ours favourite dish combo with idly .
Take a kadai, add 4 spoon of sesame oil, after heating it, add one chopped medium sized onion, fry it until colour changes , now add 2 nd half spoon of ginger garlic paste , together add little so that it will not stick on kadai. Fry until raw smell goes on , add two green chillies , now add washed chicken ( wash with turmeric and salt and drain water completely) to it. Add turmeric powder , give a mix and cook for 5 mins in open, now add two chopped tomatoes to it mix it with chicken and cover it , let it cook for 10 mins in between give a mix ,now check whether chicken is cooked well or not, add 1 spn of chilli powder and 2 spn of coriander powder and one spoon of garam masala and one spoon of cumin powder ( if u don't have, just dry roast cumins and powder it).after adding all powders add half glass water , little curry leaves and coriander leaves and cover it. Let it cook for 5 to 7 mins and u get best chicken fry. 👉 Note:
If the chicken is tender do it this way ,if not add two glasses of water and one spoon extra masalas in each and pressure cook for 3 whistles , so you get softer one. If u feel curry is watery( two spoon bengal grams and one spoon cumin powder it and add to it. U get thick gravy). #lunch #speciallunch #sundayfunday #sundaylunch
