HELLO EVERYONE!!❤️❤️ Do you ever faced with digestive problems? If you do have, have you ever tried anything to solve that problem? I’ll give you some tips so you can try them and find what better works for your gut health!!
1) try dried prunes, dried fig, sun-dried apricots
HOW TO; a night before put the fruit into Warm water, add a tsp of olive oil and add 1 tsp of flax seed let it sit overnight , in the morning on a empty stomach eat the fruits and drink the water you put the fruits in!! Alsooo don’t forget to drink a glass of warm water right after, slowly ‼️‼️
2) increase the consume of probiotics!
What to; try to eat yogurt, try to consume kefir in your diet, try 1 tsp of apple cider in warm water and drink in a empty stomach‼️👍🏻
3) fiber is very important for our gut health, so try to consume foods that are high in fiber — Fiber-rich fruits; bananas, oranges, apples, mangoes, strawberries, raspberries, etc..,
— BEANS & LEGUMES. — As well as vegetables, mostly the high fiber veggies are the darker colour veggies such as ( broccoli, spinach, beet .. etc,)
— GRAINS , Whole grains are rich in fiber too try to consume whole grain breads than consuming white bread‼️ as well as OATS!!
— NUTS ( almond, pistachio, walnut, hazelnut.., etc)
So the recipe I’ll give is very good for our gut heath try it for you first meal of the day! You must see it hepls✨💛
- 3-4 tbsp of oatmeal - 1 glass of milk ( any choice) or you may use yogurt!!!
- 1 dried prunes, 1 dried fig, 2 dried apricots ( diced)
— walnut, tahini, flaxseed, honey
Cook them all in a small pot until start boiling, you may add some water as well!
After cooking put in a plate and add 1 tsp of flaxseed, 2 walnuts, 1 tsp of tahini and 1/2 tsp of honey!!! ‼️‼️‼️ if you try the recipe please comment below! ‼️‼️‼️ and please let me know about your thoughts!!‼️💛
