says (portrait of a #beautiful #woman
series 142): “I am fully aware of the fleeting nature of youth and beauty -whatever that is per a person's perception of life and inherent reality. What I do is not to glamorize the very concept of female "beauty", but to make sure -first and foremost- that people understand the fact that it is only and entirely my choice to do whatever I choose to do with my body; to use it -in from and function, both- at the least, exactly equal to any man's "right" at any given framework.
Men hold no true power over women at any level nor any ground, but only a fictional simile of it.
Furthermore, I categorically and absolutely am against the stereotypification of female body and its objectification; the very approach of moral code created by men and inherited forcefully by women is defunct, null and void: I refuse to be perceived and interpreted by male gaze, more specifically on the same aesthetical grounds men concocted to pull women down and stomp on women. I do this by exactly confronting them on their aesthetical playing field while entirely emptying the power of their judgment emanating from destructive male epistemology. As such, I reflect back their hideous and corrupt morality onto them, aggressively rendering any intellectual threat that they may project onto women dysfunctional.
Moreover, I do not adhere to stereotypical fashion and photo model, not with my derriere and my practically non-existent breasts, in the first place. When I do catwalk and/or photo sessions, what I fit into is specifically and purposefully altered dresses: designers and tailors alike do adjust those vestments to the shape of my body and shall continue to do so; otherwise, I am no game.” (continues on the next post...) #design #fashion #model #catwalk #models #photomodel #fashionmodel #pose
