Losing the Buds of May 🌸
Alas, comes Aphrodite's month
Where daisies cry and sweet peas say goodbye
When longing life caresses the cheeks of souls nearby
While death and rebirth chase each other once
Losing the buds of May to April's front
The beauty of flowers adorned, yet within each lovable petal comes grief dry
Shall I wonder how beauty does evil shy?
Can I ponder to the humans in the sky?
For April showed us the doubtless truth
To live is to be kind in and out of your mind
Every soul that you heal with a lovely smile and warm attitude in each mile
Gaining the buds of April without any ruth
You must know that each flower never leaves another behind
Don't be juvenile; spread the kindness worth a while ~H.LWanderer
Remember my reader, the one who is reading this poem at this instance, 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 goes a long way you never know what one nice word or sincere comforting might do — it changes one's life.
You might save a life, inspire a life, or give meaning to someone's life. With that, we all strive on hope if it's absent ,we become creatures with holes in our hearts thus this world tears apart. As Poe once said,
"Yet if hope has flown away
In a night, or in a day,
In a vision, or in none,
Is it therefore the less gone?
All that we see or seem
Is but a dream within a dream." Speak your heart out and spread hope with cheerful kindness let us live a realistic dream where hope flies away to comfort
Stay safe with love,
