From the myth of Baba Yaga in my previous post. to stripping it back to the naked creational essence in its pure form, remembering this is who we are within the stories we get caught up in from old wounds and life experiences we tell ourselves again and again. Beliefs that don't serve us and do nothing but cause us stagnation in our creative expression and process of movement, growth and let's not leave out the importance of experiencing death of self which is so needed to receive important teachings of life and entering a depth of mystery life doesn't offer. .
Rage is a strong transformative energy whether you choose to work it consciously or not, it has the power to transform situations depending if you have control over the charge you're feeling and teach yourself patience, discipline and concentrated focus within the moment. There's magic in the presence of rage, and I'm not saying to not act on it when it's needed and necessary, more to gauge the trigger, the charge and story behind it before taking action. This also makes for potent witchery when you're practiced to holding this energy then letting it go in your workings.
