𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭? I do!
If you’re attracted to someone as they walk by, you MIGHT keep your eyes focused on them. It happened to me 😉. That’s their first impression on you. If you didn’t look away, then it was a good one! Great!
And if you get a chance to talk to them, you might actually fall in love.
First impressions are crucial. 📚 They say "don't judge a book by its cover", except it's human nature. It happens whether we like it or not. We make judgments in the first few seconds. And this remains true when putting your house up for sale.
Although we try not to judge, it’s natural for us to do so. In a computer-like speed, we can decide if we like something, or not. And if not - we move on.
The human attention span has only declined, from 12 seconds back in 2000 to now we have less attention span than a goldfish 🐟(9 seconds). Usually, buyers will window shop your home online first. They click through the photos and decide if they will set a date.
This part is important because the way your home is shown online is your home's first impression to potential buyers!
If they like what they see, they will set the date to come by and take a tour.
When attracting buyers, (similar to humans in the dating pool), it’s important that your home looks its best!
While you may not need a full makeover, you at least want to present the best first impression possible.
Remember, as a buyer you want them to feel at home right away.
We’re here to help your home shine — have an amazing first impression — and net you the most money possible when you decide to move. 🌟
