Does this happen to you sometimes too?!🤯😩
You have so many things to do or so many ideas of what you want to do with yourself that you get all scrambled and your brain kind of looks like the second picture? Yeah, me too... and sometimes instead of acting on our ideas, or getting things done, it seems much easier just to not do any of it.
Having an overload of ideas can be scary, intimidating, and exhausting, BUT it also means that we are in a great place of growth and that we HAVE option, and that we HAVE things that we can be doing rather than having zero options and zero ideas of where to go with our lives and interests. That's pretty darn cool if you ask me.
Instead of sitting on our ideas and hoping that they just fulfill themselves, take charge of them one little baby step at a time. Write a word dump of all of your ideas or things that you want to accomplish, and then try to come up with some sort of timeline of importance and when you can realistically start to accomplish those things individually.
When we can stop for a minute and compartmentalize things into categories (which our brains like us to do), then our schmubled list of ideas begins to come into focus, and we can start crushing our goals.
What helps you the most when you feel overloaded??
