The Feelings and Learned From the Ceremony.
My name is Masataka Kurano. I was member of management committee of coming-of -age-ceremony. I had been prepared this ceremony with 11 people since May, last year. I felt 3 things and learned 1 thing from their activities. Firstly, I felt it was difficult for me to use Japanese. The members needed many vocabularies to decide the theme. Furthermore, some words can be interpreted more than 2 ways. I'm not especially good at Japanese expression. So, it was hard to think about theme. Secondly, I felt that if the members who were
an individual gathered, it was hard to prepare. There were many things which they wanted to do, and had their own ideas. So, sometimes there were many opinions. As a result, they accepted their opinions. And, they discussed. In the end of ceremony, they were able to enjoy. Thirdly, I felt the evidence which is "My efforts paid off.". I needed to practice to remember the script. I also needed to try not to tense up on the stage. I didn't tense up by practicing some times on the stage. I also felt that talking on the stage is fun. Finally, I learned it was difficult to tell the messages to everyone. I took charge of many scenes. One of them is shadow narration. I had to understand the messages by using proper Japanese and talking slowly in this part. Also, I learned about the location of microphone because there is good points to send my voice. It was wonderful experience by preparing the ceremony.
